What Is The Difference Between Feminized And Autoflowers?

Autoflowering strains will give you multiple harvest a year. In a shorter period of time you will result to a modest but reliable harvest. On the other hand, regular strains grow during the larger period of time but can give you larger size of plants. Also regular strains can be cloned. The impressive part of it is that you can replant this plant and it will retain the genetic information of a mother plant as long as it’s age. Concerning the autoflowering strains, the clone will start flowering when it is a little plant and it will give you poor harvest.

Autoflowers do not require light cycles, they will grow accordingly to their genetic programming. Concerning regular strains you need to keep in mind that their planting usually takes place in March/April and harvesting is September/October. Autoflowers will be fine if you folllow the light cycle of 16 hours light and 8 hours of darkness. Regular strains will require 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness. As soon as you will give the plants 12 hours light and 12 hours darkness schedule, your plant will start flowering.
